I was so happy to see gluten free fish and chips on the menu! I of course had to give it a go. The place I loved in Portland... Oregon closed unfortunately, so I have been without. The food was amazing! The service was alright. I seemed to annoy thehostess who wanted to sit me at the one seat open in the bar… but whatevs. Read more

We came in here by accident as we were struggling to find somewhere that wasn't already full or with ridiculous wait times. We... walked through the bar area which is very dark then taken upstairs which is much more pleasant, spacious and has a goodview. Plenty of choice on the menu for both meat eaters and vegetarians and an extensive beer menu too! We enjoyed our mealhere and the service was good. We could even hear the kitchen staff singing which made us chuckle. They obviously enjoy theirwork which was reflected in the food. Superb! Read more

Situated in the heart of Portland, this Irish pub was a solid option for dinner. We were told it would be about 15 minutes to be... sat, but we were at a table in only 5. The Reuben was one of the best I’ve had in a long time. The meat was overflowing out ofthe sandwich and had tons of flavor. Service was only okay. Our server disappeared for long stretches of time but the experiencewas good overall. Read more

This local Irish pub is fantastic. Located on the water front you can enjoy some delicious eats and drinks while dining inside... or out. The inside is a bit dark but it adds to the atmosphere. I would visit again for the corned beef poutine alone(pictured). Shared it with my partner and it was fantastic. I wanted to try the Lobster egg rolls but they were sadly all out.Maybe on my next visit! ???? Read more

this place always gets 5 stars from me. it’s become a family tradition to go every time i come into town, so we’ve been... going for years, and their fish and chips have never missed. other menu items are good, but the fish and chips are the star ofthe menu (at least for me). service is always amazing, view is beautiful and the drinks are great. i definitely recommend goinghere! Service was so-so. Felt as though we were a bother, and server was too busy. Ordered Bangers & Mash, and Fish and Chips. Asked... to sub chips for other on menu item even if up-charge, told later that chef was particular about stuff like that, so no changesallowed. So fish and chips it was, fish was really great, hand cut fries... dry. Bangers and Mash were good if you mixed it alltogether. The mushroom gravy was way oversalted, but since the potatoes were under, it worked ok if mixed. All in all, disappointed but have had much worse. Read more

We loved this spot during our vacation, the bar was perfect for some (alot) of day drinking before walking the beautiful city... streets. Bartenders and wait staff were awesome. We had dinner the second night upstairs and were pleasantly surprised by theambiance and view! The beef Guinness pie was amazing, a must have if your wanting a non seafood option. Read more

We had a delightful and relaxing lunch at this bright, two-story pub and restaurant during the peak of August “Portlandia.”... Aside from a confusing sign on the door (“masks required”) that caused me to run all the way back to the hotel, our welcomewas welcoming and the service was kind. The salad and burgers hit the spot, with high quality ingredients and preparation. Thebeers were also helpfully refreshing on an incredibly hot day. The view of the piers and marina couldn’t be beat. The regularsin the cool, dark interior on the first level seemed to have right idea - I’d be happy to return with their game inmind. Based on the plentiful and clean variety of seating on the second level, it’s clear the place can host a fine meal witha big group, and serve most of the occasions you’d conceive for a fine time.
