Worst service ever!!! My 2 friends and I had 1.5 hour before boarding and decided to stop for a drink. We waited over 30 minutes... outside when the big guy with the beard /bartender, chose 2 parties behind us to seat. The older woman server with the glassesand reddish hair scolded us when we first got there for going in to see if there was a seat at the bar so we were already"branded". Once tables opened up (about 20 minutes after the 2 parties were taken ahead of us, the older server woman takingher time to seat us, joked with the beard man/ bartender about making us wait. Once seated, we waited another 15 minutes to get3 simple drinks. We got our drinks 5 minutes before we had to board. Paid the bill leaving glasses half full!!! Poor service, notip!!! We were catching a flight out and it was only 5.15 pm. The entire staff ignored the long line and then informed everyone the... grill closed at 5.30. No explanation. We had to NEGOTIATE to ask to order takeout. If they were short staffed and would havesaid it, understandable. But they were willing to close without a WORD to all of us. Read more

The sign ?Please wait to be seated? should also have ?for 15 minutes while we look at you and don?t acknowledge you.? Be sure to... check the price of drinks too. Nothing better than paying $18.25 for a glass of wine from a bottle that costs $25.00. Customerservice does not exist here and Campbells clam chowder is better than the $12.00 one they sell you here in a paper bowl. Read more

The bartender was very good at her job, quick able to multitask n keep things in motion. The issue for us was the impatience she... displayed. I understand being busy as I was in the restaurant business bartending & serving for over 25 years, but that?s not myfault and within 5 minutes of my interaction with her I felt I ruined her day. I asked about the menu and since she was pressedfor time, she rushed through it and when I didn?t understand she sighed and reluctantly started again with a ?F@&k this? tone.She was working hard but needs to manage her emotions better at work. Okay, this is an airport bar and grill. I use the term grill lightly. I was first met by very friendly waitress who informed me... all the hot food was going to be unavailable since the cook was leaving. I've provided a pretty limited menu.
