Since the beginning of COVID when the north gate star bucks reopened the bathrooms have been closed I went there almost a year... ago and when I tried to use the bathroom the lady behind the counter practically jumped over the counter to try to stop me fromusing it because it was for COVID and I didn?t buy anything then and it took me a year to go back and when I did I was stoppedagain because of COVID I didn?t purchase anything then and not today and I don?t think that I will be going back to their againit doesn?t matter what you staff is like or what the circumstances are the bathroom is not a place that impacts COVID. Great staff, very personable and friendly. I brought my 16yo to get his hair cut at sport cuts in the north gate plaza and while... he was getting his ears lowered my almost 3yo and I enjoyed buying a few gifts from the little shop's, and of course when wewalked by the Starbucks door he said " pease mama we doe in deer ta buy sumfin peaseee" so we go in and was greeted by a lovedand super kind young lady who showed him a show case of snacks he had asked for lol and he choose a cake pop and apple juice,she was so patient and soft spoken to him and it make the experience wonderful for him, we will make it a habit to stop in forsnacks and a drink when we are in the area. Not a great big fan of coffee but I will say, if I go to get a coffee or tea or anything of that nature I'd rather go to... Starbucks than Dunkin. Just not a fan of old donuts and coffee. I like my food fresh and my tea tasting new. That's just apersonal opinion! Read more
I used to come here when running errands for work, they are one of the most reliable and chill Starbucks in the area. I have... brought incorrect drinks from other Starbucks in a few times, they always remake them no questions asked, and the drinks usuallycome out perfect. The staff is always laid back and nice, which, as someone who used to work in a Starbucks, that's no easyfeat. Read more
This is my neighborhood coffee shop. By far the best Starbucks in Portland for service, the same tasting drink and the right... drink every time, very friendly service and super clean always. You don?t get all of these things at any other Starbucks in thisarea! It?s a place where they Know my name and start making my drink when they see me walking in. Drink was awful. Person who made it, offered to make it again. That tasted much better. Very odd seating.
