100% gluten free and vegan ice cream. Not to mention gluten free waffle cones! The best I?ve ever had. They use all natural... ingredients. WOW. I will be telling everyone I know immediately. What a total treat. I tried the salted maple and PB cookie. The... cashew-coconut blend base is amazing. It?s decadent for sure. And super creamy. Personally would go for a half scoop in thefuture even though my heart would say whole! What a treat to have GF cookies in the flavors! The cone is a bit fragile but it?ssuch a treat. I was SO excited to try out this ice cream spot while visiting Portland for the weekend. I?m beyond happy a place like this... exists! Being able to enjoy vegan ice cream at a scoop shop is wonderful. I ordered a large cone, so 3 scoops. Portion wasgenerous and the texture was spot on - very creamy and smooth. I had the sea salt maple, pumpkin spice, & candy bar flavors. Thecandy bar was excellent and the pumpkin spice was very good. I didn?t really care for the sea salt maple, however. It had anunusual aftertaste to me. The homemade waffle cone was okay, not as good as I hoped but it was very fresh. I appreciated that itwas homemade, vegan, AND gf. That?s awesome. You can tell the owners really put love into their ice cream & cones. I willdefinitely return to try the other flavors! Read more
