I guess one star is unfair as they are not open. Because; who would think to have a bagel for breakfast? The travellers are back... in full Force and at 6a.m. there's not much open to grab breakfast on our way to the airport . I suppose I could have got up at4a.m. and made my own. Lesson learned do not count on a bagel company for breakfast at the airport. Read more

The Asiago bagel is good! The gentleman working had to serve around 50 people during the short time I was there. He managed to... keep his composure while maintaining professional standards. The point of sale system is not efficient. In order to check acustomer out he?s required to swipe his badge/ID. That said he swiped his card at minimum once per customer not counting there-swipes. This slowed his delivery time down and caused unnecessary work. Read more
Seriously long wait. The ONE person they had making the bagels was working very hard, but how they have one one person making... bagels in the morning at an airport point is beyond me. Dont wait you time here,just head on over to the star bucks. Read more

Ordered a lox and cucumber cream cheese on everything bagel, toasted... What I received was a not toasted bagel, plain cream... cheese, and cucumber slices?! No lox, no tomato, no onion... And I opened it after already boarding my flight. The lady at thePortland, Maine airport must have still been asleep while taking my order... Not worth $10. Read more
Came here at 5am because the line at Starbucks was roughly 30+ people long. This was super close by (as everything at PWM is)... and had only a handful of people in line. Food was good for airport breakfast (barely a step above SBUX - not worth the wait),the lone employee there was friendly and speedy, working hard. Priced were reasonable. Read more
