Our food was really good. Friendly wait staff. Only suggestion for improvement is having the waitress check on the tables more... frequently. Waited quite a while for refills, condiments for our food, etc. We were in no rush so it wasn't a big deal, but mayhave been an issue for other customers. Read more
The place was nice and clean. All the staff were nice. I like the Italian decor, reminds me of Italy. The pizza had a crispy... bottom which is amazing reminds me of a fire oven baked pizza. Lots of other great food to also try, like burgers, pastas,Stromboli, and more. I wish the had some desserts to choose from, just a thought. Read more
We typically have great success but our most recent visit didn?t go so well, total time there was 2 hrs and 10 minutes; overall... very slow, food took so long time to get out the waitress kept apologizing, not her fault, they said there was a computermalfunction with our order. My wings were good, my wife?s tortellini with sausage was good, my sister-in-laws seafood pasta wasluke warm. The waitress was very apologetic and this was not her fault. We had to talk with the manager a couple times until hefinally understood this was not a good experience for us. We will go back because the food is good, just an off night. Read more
I usually don?t feel the need to write reviews, but I felt this was necessary. The other day I met my buddy here to catch up... with each other (we usually meet once a year so it?s kind of a big deal on where we choose to eat). To start, our waitressseemed extremely annoyed with us being there. We overlooked this because we saw she had a few other tables so we could tell shewas a bit stressed. She messed up our drinks, which was frustrating because we pointed directly to the drafts we wanted on theirmenu. She tried to argue with us about how the bartender didn?t know the drinks and that it wasn?t her fault. When we wereordering our food she didn?t write down our order which was a huge mistake because we ordered things that needed to be modified,so we were already panicking that these would be messed up too. While we were waiting we had a dozen ants crawling on our table.The food took over 40 minutes to get to us and we were not pleased at all. My buddy found TWO BLACK HAIRS in his food. My orderwas completely messed up, with my chicken being completely pink in the inside. We both ended up leaving both meals. I askedseveral other waitress?s to get the manager or someone in charge and they never came to talk to us, or fix our food. For theprice they are asking for their beer and food, it should have been prepared properly. This place is a terrible dining experienceand I do not recommend coming here at all. Read more
We needed a quick bite to eat on our way to GR. Sara provided super efficient service. The meal was outstanding!!! The place was... immaculately clean. Including the bathroom! Wasn't crowded, but busy. Our wait for the food was negligible. Food piping hot,fresh and delicious. Pictured is a grilled chicken wet burrito. I added jalapenos and onions. The jalapenos were fresh notpickled! Fish and chips. They offered a Lent menu, even though it's not Friday. The hubs ordered a double cheeseburger withonion rings. Everything tasted great! We'll be making a special trip from Lansing to try other menu delights! Read more
Hands down the best food in the Portland area! Fine dinning at a very reasonable price. Very cool atmosphere, and Huge portions.... If you leave this place still hungry, it's your own damn fault. Read more
Delightful visit during a busy time. Wonderful waitstaff. Seafood salad and companion's salad were excellent. The kitchen... must have been hopping, because the entire place was full but our order came out promptly and correctly. Hats off to theOlivera's crew because they get it right! Read more
