My complaint is more the franchise in general but $20 used to get you more than a couple items. You might as well get "real"... mexican food which also costs less than this place. Read more
They were out of large cups so she said she could give me 2 medium cups instead. Then charged me for both mediums instead of... just a large. My bill jumped 9 dollars. I would have rather not even gotten a drink. Read more
Absolutely awful service. We put in our order on the kiosk. Got our drink right away, which was great. But then we waited at the... table for 20 minutes, I went up to the counter and saw all the workers talking in a circle about how someone is the newmanager. I asked for a water and they gave it to me. I stood there waiting for our order to be brought to the counter andfinally asked if our order is ready. They asked what our name was and said they have no order for that name. We knew they gotour order because we got our drink right away. Absolute complete miserable joke!!! EVERY time I have ATTEMPTED to eat there in the last three weeks they are out of almost... everything I try to order. The most RUDE young ladies working the drive through complete terrible service. Items on the menuthat are ? no longer available?. Today was the last straw.
