What a poor customer service experience 08/22/2022. 11:30a.m. Can't believe the way people act when you ask for a better... attitude and patience and the only reply besides a bunch of sideways responses is to blame a rushed conversation on the factthat a clock is running once you take an order. The coents coming from theanager that I probably don't even work, or know whather industry is like is completely false and she is a weak minded person for feeling such a way. The time and wait of the fooddoesn't matter. There was none in line and they were pushy and disrespectful with their words at a fast food restaurant. Our car broke down in front of this Wendy's. The staff gave us water to put more coolant, super nice. Then. The motor burnt out... trying to start the car again. I came back in to Wendy's with my husband, they were cracking jokes putting smiles on our faces.Just genuinely turned out evening around. We were really bummed from the car having died. I think they could tell we were justkeeping it together. They gave us a free frostee and let us stay until the tow truck came. Thank you so much you guys. <3 Read more

It's Wendy's.... Service was good. Was able to dine inside....... **New update** stopped here again and received the fastest... service at a restaurant I have had in years. Without sacrificing quality as it was very good as well. Far superior than mostfast food restaurants in the area including the "now always disappointing Wendy's" near my house. Read more
