Zero stars. This place is gross. Their grill needs help, their service is awful. The tender there physically pushed me out of... the store after me repeatedly asking him not to touch me. Never again will I go there. Read more

It?s another Portland 7/11. Just saw another review from three years ago about tweakers commonly being here asking for money and... can confirm that this is still the case. One of the current cashiers is an older guy who?s severely overweight who also has theworst customer service I?ve seen from anywhere. His attitude is always sour and the way he makes it seem like it?s such a burdento do his job by asking for a bag or some cigarettes is honestly off putting. If this wasn?t the closest store to my daily routeI would not be going to this store. There?s very little redeeming bf qualities about this store to be completely honest. Read more

If you enjoy terrible service, people and a dirty store then this is the place to go.

The clerk here is kind of a dillweed and keeps his mask beneath his nose. Didn't say anything to me even after I said hi and... asked how he was doing. Even gave me kind of a glare. Also worth noting that this location has jacked up prices compared to"nicer" neighborhoods, so if you wanna contribute to class divisions and neighborhood based inequity, this is your place! This particular store is used less often then the store (310 N Weidler St) down the street closer to the city center and not far... from the Portland Convention Center and thier new Convention Center Hotel next to it. This store has all the great tasting 7-11Products like any other store and. It also has a wise and wonderful caring staff. Enjoy your experience. Read more

The girl name Quinn Was so ridiculously rude!! After serving in customer service for over a decade I?m absolutely astonished at... such behavior. I tried to enter the store end it seems like somebody was just blocking it but I couldn?t quite see what washappening?( With somebody blocking the door? ) I didn?t even have time to make out the situation before she started makingCondescending remarks. She could?ve politely told me that the store was temporary close but there was no clear communication. She just started holding the door and I was confused as to what was happening. I really do feel like she was trying to start aconflict. To the owner or whoever runs the store I honestly believe this type of individual was more of a liability thananything else. I?m honestly just shocked. Read more

I live in the neighborhood, and frequent this place at all times, night and day. Yes, this location can have transient types... around, but this is an urban neighborhood so that's a given and has to be expected. People should be exercising reasonablestreet smarts in the city anyways, and I've never had a problem here. The employees have always been kind and helpful to me, andthe store is always clean and well stocked. I'd say this is among the better 7-Eleven stores in the city. Read more
