Had a need to have some Ramen for lunch after some mountain biking in the morning, and have been meaning to try out this spot... near-ish to home. We were not disappointed. Really tasty broth. Nothings better on an Oregon cold rainy fall day than a supreme bowl of ramen. Akasaru is a quaint ramen shop in the Alberta Art... District. My daughter and I had one bowl of Coconut Miso Ramen xtra spicy and a bowl of Veggie Ramen, and an order Gyoza.Everything was delicious! The potstickers were crunchy on the outside with subtle pork stuffing. The ramens were accompaniedwith a brilliant display and variety of fungi and veggies. It was our first time eating here. The Aka ramen and calamari were amazing. My friends and I enjoyed out time there. We were... there around 3:00 PM and the restaurant was not crowded at all. I wanted to try the tuna poke with rice but at that time theydid not have the rice ready yet so I opted out for the ramen instead.
