Saturday November 12th I ordered my favorite French Dip. Was ages since I've ordered from Arby's so I didn't know if I'd get hot... food and good service, but I got both. Unfortunately, I didn't keep the receipt so I could remember the employees that helpedme. It was around 12:30 afternoon. It's so hard to get good service these days, but I was pleasantly surprised. Not a good location to eat. A few weeks ago we ate inside the restaurant. It was during a heat wave and the dining area was... empty. Once employee was vaping in the dining area on break. Out of the 5 or 6 crew two of the females were trying to serve thedrive through and train new employees. Food was cold, it did not seem that the new crew wanted to work. Eventually two off dutyemployees came in and took 3 crew out back. As we left we could smell a strong pot odor. Guys were smoking pot in the back. Ifelt that the two female employees felt overwhelmed as the male workers were not wanting to be there. Contacted the manager viawebsite, got a phone call and shared the experience. Was offered compensation for our order about a month ago and never receivedanything. This tells me that the issue was not dealt with and that we should not return to this location. Hopefully upper levelmanagement will take notice and address ongoing safety and employee issues. Read more

I do not enjoy going to this Arby's. It is very dirty around it and there are always people lurking in the drive through. Staff... is questionable not always rude but rarely friendly. It always takes a long time. Good mozzarella sticks though. Read more

Nobody seemed to have a clue what their job was they were scrambling it took them 45 minutes to get four people's orders out no... drive-thru nothing just four people two people ordered in the restaurant and two or doordash orders that was it and they werenot big. Not very friendly customer service very young and untrained. And the oldest person in the back seemed to be on somereally strong coffee! Read more

We had the new crew. The line took close to 30 minutes to get through, the mozz sticks were uncooked in the center, and the... chicken bacon swiss had no bacon. We got to the window and we're told to park so they could bring us our two meals. The younglady and her coworker had amazing customer service and were very friendly when they brought us our food. They were definitelyusing smart hustle. I didn't have the heart to tell them we didn't get straws for our drinks. Hopefully they can hire more kidsto help with the dinner rush. Read more

The line is moving super slow. There already were four cars ahead of me when I pulled in so I don't know how long they've been... this busy. The drive-thru is a mess and nasty. The only reason this is a three is because the girl that answered my questionsabout the buffalo chicken products and the spice level was really nice and took her time with me even though they are busy. Iappreciate that. Good customer service horrible curb appeal. I mean even if they are short-handed they should have got somebodyout and cleaned up their property. Read more

So there is an amazing worker who is all about customer service I think her name is Chelsea anyway... I hate fast food and... rarely use drive through when I do well I did this time and not without thinking great this is going to suck.... well it didn't and I can I tell you that her and her crew went above and beyond and was very kind and watch this amazing human being deal withsome pretty serious out of pocket customer in front of me and handled it like a champ. When I rolled up she acted like all wasgood and carried on with her aging attitude..... way to go Arby's for having such amazing worker!!!! Read more
