Good happy hour from 4:00 - 6:00 with great wine pours and tasty food (which is a little expensive for "happy hour"). Just one... person working behind the bar and they can get busy at times. It is in the lobby of the Kimpton Vintage hotel but it is enoughoff to the side that you can have conversations in very comfortable chairs. Also a pretty good cocktail list but wine is more ofthe draw here. Read more

This is hands down my favorite bar in the whole Portland area. Jeffery is the most knowledgeable bartender I've met in my life.... Give him a liqueur and a flavor and he'll make you one of the best drinks you've ever had. Read more
