My goodness, where to start! We had reservations at 5:30 and when we arrived our table was prepped and ready to go. Our... waiter was extremely helpful, and had excellent advice about Sake choices as well as vegan options for a few of our party. Healso informed us about a holiday special they were running on Gift Cards. Spend $100 on a gift card and get a $20 credit foryourself. As there were 8 of us, our bill was understandably high, and we made use of the gift card deal! We've been inbefore and had delicious food, but we were there for 2 hours and had a lovely, unhurried birthday experience. Absolutely wouldrecommend! They just updated their menu and everything is gluten free (except the items w a G next to it) super awesome spot with amazing... service. We got the Friday the 13th and the Unicorn rolls. Both very good and we were stuffed after! Drinks are also delicioustried the Day Tripper, Sun Kiss, and MoMo. MoMo was very nice! Read more
Bamboo Sushi is one of our favs! We got to partake in some happy hour items which were delicious. The rice on the happy hour... avocado roll is a little chewy. Otherwise, food and service was fantastic! Read more
We love this restaurant since it opened years ago. The menu has changed over the years and we've lost and gained some favorite... items. This new menu after the pandemic closing has left us full and wanting more. The new roll with tempura fried shoshitopeppers and avocado is so delicious and highly recommended. The runs poke' is back with full flavor. My favorite hoki poke boxis back yummy as ever. We also had the edemame and toasted cauliflower. The shoshito pepper plate. The nigiri is very good. The sauces on the nigiri have very original flavors. But the special rolls are very spicy. We got 3... special rolls and they were all various levels of spice that covered up the flavor of the fish and other ingredients. Read more
I love sushi! Not only is it delicious, but in my mind it’s an artform. Bamboo Sushi delivers in such a unique way. I had... almost everything on the menu and I don’t think there’s a single thing I didn’t care for. In fact, each item I had broughta unique flavor that I either didn’t expect or I couldn’t get enough of. I would highly recommend Bamboo Sushi. Thewaitstaff are FANTASTIC! They make wonderful recommendations and even brought out different items in an order that the flavorswould accommodate each other. The only thing I wasn’t keen on is the small high top tables. There were three in my party , sothere was very little space, but I will say that it worked out just fine. If you get the opportunity to go, just go. You won’tregret it.
