Good experience at Bamboo Sushi. Made a reservation for 5 on Resy. They only had outside seating so we sat outside. Waitress was... nice. I ordered a Sapporo beer at it was refreshing. We had the cauliflower and it was great. Crispy and drenched in sauce. Ihad a roll. They were all out of eel (unagi) so I couldn’t have that roll. Overall, the experience and service was good. I got seaweed fried rice (if i got name correct, pictured) and green machine roll. Overall quality of food was good, but not... that special. I think you’re paying for the location. Overall, it was super clean, everything tasted fresh and not fishy. I enjoyed it for happy hour, but unsure if I would enjoy the... normal prices. I felt like the servers were constantly attentive knowing just when to walk up without being overbearing. Inever once had to flag someone down. Everyone was very friendly!
