The food here is incredible! The staff here are always very friendly and attentive. Loved the peaceful atmosphere and... appreciated how the presentation of the actual dish over-exceeded the expectations from the pictures unlike a lot of otherplaces where you never get what you see. It is so vital to have healthy choices right after a super intense workout! My body needs the right nutrients to fuel up. I... looove that the Bistro at the BAC has exactly what I need, every time I am hungry :-) My to go to after after a sweaty HIITsession is the ?Hangover Scramble? oh so so good!!! Not only finger licking but satisfying!!! If I am on the go, my choice is ano brainer, the ?Kale Mary? smoothie with protein. So refreshing and not heavy to digest at all! In a slurp is all gone;-) Every time I walked out the Bistro, I don?t sabotage my efforts to keep working on my fitness goals. The staff is absolutelyfriendly, helpful and eager to explain to me what ingredients are in each dish. I am super happy about gluten free options andnon dairy items. First class service and food!!!
