Beautiful location, lots of wood, natural elements and light. Lingonberry mimosas were delicious. Food was fresh and flavourful.... Good vegetarian options and hospitable service. Read more

Best Scandinavian food. Portion is huge so you get a lot to enjoy at the restaurants and take home the rest :) plenty of open... patio seating. Place gets crowded, so arrive a bit early. Read more

I?ve been here a handful of times, most recent was after the pandemic. One of our favorite brunch spots on the west side. ... Something happened to the food though, it is so much heavier now that it was hard to finish. Read more

This location is inside of Nordic Northwest. We walked the beautiful grounds afterward and checked out the log cabins up close.... Saturday morning wait at 10am was about 45 minutes, but worth it. Food was fantastic and perfectly seasoned (no need for salt orpepper at the table), and the coffee was great. Read more

The food quality was good. The place is cool and different. Only, I wish they had a reservation system. We had to wait over an... hour for a table. Read more

Be prepared to wait for unique, yummy, and well-prepared Scandinavian dishes, as the restaurant is at decreased capacity due to... covid safety. The wait is at least made easier by the ability to order a variety of drinks from the bar and walking around tolearn about Scandinavian history in the Portland area. The ingredients in our meals were fresh, and one of our party members whoordered the steelhead hash said the fish was perfect. Service was friendly and organized, but it's pretty loud and you mightmiss your name being called if you're not waiting nearby the host stand. Read more

Best Scandinavian restaurant west of Reykjavik! This is a rather small operation with limited hours, so don't whine about... having to wait for a table. The wonderful food offerings are quite different from the American palate- so make the adjustment.Perhaps the most enjoyable experience for us is the authentic wood and glass modern Scandinavian architecture- lots of light andvery roomy. The greeters and servers have always been very friendly and genuine. So come on in and experience great food andpretend that you are in the old part of Stockholm (Gamlestan) for an hour, while you dream of your next Scandinavian adventure! Read more
