Stopped in after going to the RV show. Went inside, the shift leader (?) said he'd be right back. He went outside to talk to... someone. A female employee walked past us and said someone would help me, she to too went outside to talk to same people. Wewere the only customers inside and only two cars in the drive thru. After about three minutes, which seemed like 10, the shiftleader came in, walked past us, went to wash his hands. No communication till we decided this was bu11 5hit and started walkingout. He said, I was just going to help you. Too late, typical Booger king location! Went to Jersey Mike's, excellent customerservice, fast service even though they were packed with customers. As we were leaving we saw the shift leader return outside totalk with other employees. Wake up Burger King franchisees, you're restaurants are terrible for customer service. Read more
Too many times. They?ve messed up orders, there?s no communication, and no leadership. I?m done, close it down. I was very... specific with my order. And good luck talking to someone. Pay me I?ll run it like a real business. So tired of their stupidity,they have it in a full stack (which you won?t get or anything else you ask for). If you want to fix this, I left a message. Great manager. Only problem is they use paper straws, which colaspe with any milkshake.have to use 2 or 3 straws. The staff must... never had a milkshake there. Have to cut orr part of straw 1/3 of way started. All other burger king use plastic for milkshakes.Also macdonald and all fast food I go to. So until they get enough complaints I will buy milkshakes at macdonald or other fastfood. Read more
Had to pull around to the front for no reason. No one behind me. Ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger. Took one bite and it was cold. By... the time they asked me to pull around to the front the girl was standing outside. They are just messing with people. Had to waitjust to order. Once again, no one ahead of me and no one behind. The person taking my order kept interrupting and refused to take my order through the shaker, making me drive to the window. The... price on the menu is a full dollar cheaper than the price I was charged and I was told essentially "oh well." Nuggets were cold,fries were soggy. Disappointment. Read more

Employees have bad attitude, rude, for no reason. A car in front of me in the drive up was ordering, and then got mad, backed up... and peeled out. I should have done the same. There are a lot of jobs out there, go find one. They WILL mess with your food. Packa PnJ instead Read more
Staff was extremely rude, I will never visit this location again. The lack of customer service was mind blowing!
