This little cafe located at the Portland Airport was conveniently located at the second floor by the gates so we can make use of... time for fun and eat while waiting for flights. The food we found were laid out in boxes and cleanly labeled with names. Myfavorite in here was Hummus wrap, that satisfied all my cravings. We can take out or eat there as well. Read more

Was here for an early morning breakfast. I ordered the special for the day. It was omelette with kielbasa sausage with potatoes... and grilled sourdough. The food was fine, the portion was decent. Used priority pass credit for payment which was convenient. Ialso got like an extra side of two sunny side up eggs and a tea drink and it came out close to the $28 limit. So it was a decentdeal for an airport meal. Friendly staff and fast service. Will eat here again when in PDX airport. Read more

Great location just after you pass through security for the B/C concourses. Drink prices were entirely reasonable, which was a... nice surprise at an airport restaurant/bar! The service was disappointing, however. After my server asked me to close out my tabbecause her shift was ending (no problem with that) the other servers never once checked in with me to see if I wanted to orderanything else (which I had planned on ). The lunch menu was written (poorly) by hand on the back of the printed breakfast menu(???). I think this place needs some work. Read more

Decent breakfast place just on the other side of security. Good mimosas. Food is very expensive but decent. Not many gluten free... options. Would love to have gf pastry options, something I could grab to go. We eat here almost every time we have a morningflight, not so much because it?s great, but because there is a lack of options in the early morning while waiting for a flight. The servers are always nice and service is usually quick. I?ve passed by Capers Café many times while passing thru PDX and last Friday I finally had time to stop in for a late... breakfast. My main consensus - not bad for airport food! In fact, I loved it! I ordered a Breakfast Burrito (ham, eggs, potatoes, onions, peppers, chives, cheese, green chilies and cilantro served with sour cream and salsa, $11.25) because thevariety of ingredients caught my eye. The sour cream and salsa are served on the side. I even got a ramekin of Tapatio! I haveto say it was smaller than I hoped but that?s airport cuisine for you. I really liked how there was an abundance of everything, and not just one or two of the listed ingredients. I didn?t find myself piling on the salsa and hot sauce for flavor, theburrito itself provided plenty of taste! Also, they use higher quality tortillas, the homemade kind that are soft, pliable andoh so delicious. 10/10 would get again! Our waiter, Craig, was absolutely exceptional! The restaurant was definitelyshort-staffed and he was running around the place like crazy but he did a fantastic job while remaining friendly and attentive!I hope he?s raking in the tips because he deserves it.
