4:50pm and the dining room is closed. I come here all the time friendly staff, fast service, But after COVID I?m tired of eating... in my car. Why I?d the dining room closed at prime hours. Please, for the love of God - update your hours on Google maps. There's nothing worse than craving a hand-crafted milkshake &... driving 20 minutes, just to find out y'all closed over an hour before your posted time! I had to settle for a syrupy milkshakefrom Denny's ???? Edit: Took another star off because Carl's Jr customer service thought it'd be funny to wait a whole MONTH torespond to my review & drop a link asking me for the date, time & location. Like anyone would remember those specifics afterthat amount of time. How do you need more information? I went to this location, 2 HOURS before the posted closing hour AND ITWAS CLOSED. Fix it. Update your hours or find out why employees are closing early. Don't ask your customers to police astore/policy that you should already be enforcing. Read more
The Carl's Jr on 148th and Division has a bad habit of closing the lobby early. The sign says they are open until 9pm. We went... there at 8:35 and the lobby was closed. Not everyone has a car and can go through the drive thru. If they can't stay open untilthey are supposed to when they have people working inside, then they shouldn't be open at all. It's not fair to those of us whocan't use the drive thru. We expect them to honor their posted hours. Read more
Order was filled incorrectly. None of the requested sauces were included. After asking to correct this, the manager gaslighted... us about the details of the order. Overall the food was a resounding mediocre/average, but cost enough that you'd expect atleast average service and the order to be filled right. Read more
They told me it was my last time coming through the drive thru on my kick scooter. That's ok I still recommend them for food.
