The food was absolutely delicious and unique. The presentation of the food and atmosphere in the restaurant was beautiful. This... is a great place to try if you are looking for high quality interesting and delicious food. Highly recommended! * 2nd time theretonight and it was even better. The food is phenomenal everything is so interesting and full of flavor. We sat outside and Iwill say, it was freezing even with heater, but next time I'll just trust my instinct and stay inside. Wow, this restaurant is really fantastic! Great atmosphere and every dish was delicious! I recommend the picante de hongo, lomo... Saltado (surprisingly one of my favorites), and the vegetarian empanada. Honestly, everything was great. If they have thefeatured orange wine, grab a bottle. Don’t leave Portland without stopping here. Read more

Best Peruvian I've had. Beats the downtown spots by a mile, IMO. More traditionally Peruvian than fancier downtown places, but... really exceptionally done. The Lomo Saltado and Ceviche are pictured, but the papa rellenas and empanadas de aji de gallina willhave you wanting more like a crackhead. They are almost too good. Really good cocktails too. Casa Zoraya is a gem in Portland. The Peruvian food feels authentic and is delicious. The empanada was well made and all the... sauces added a ton to the dishes. The ceviche were refreshing with the corn giving you texture to add to the acidity of thedish. Highly recommend Read more

Went to Portland for a 3 day trip from up in Vancouver Canada. I lived in Peru for 11 years so hope that gives me permission to... judge. haha Food was really really good. The pisco sour was right on point. Started with some anticuchos, which could have beena little bit thicker, but that's okay, and papa rellena. Then ceviche and aji de gallina. The entries took a little longer thanexpected to arrive, but I guess the kitchen was busy. I did heard the chefs yelling orsers, which is always a good sign thatthey know what they're doing. Service was top quality and the vibe inside the restaurant as well. Overall great experience!! Read more

Holy holy this place is AMAZING!!! Haven’t written a restaurant review in a while, but I had to come give it some love. I had... the ceviche, and the vegetarian empanadas. Pictured is the mushroom entree, which was also amazing. But the CEVICHE- oh my god.The dance of flavors in your mouth- seriously, one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. Not to mention the passion fruit piscosour- my friend remarked that it was one of the best cocktails she’d had in Portland- and I’d have to agree. Could easilydrink a jug of them. Hidden gem, owned by a Peruvian family (word is), must eat here. Next time will take more photos of alldishes- but was too absorbed in enjoying it this time. Read more
