My girlfriend went here today. It took over 10 minutes for her to order a steak sandwich with no bell peppers, no onions and... extra mushrooms. The woman that worked the register was an older, Hispanic woman that barely spoke any English. My girlfriendpatiently tried to communicate for the next 10 minutes. Ironically the woman that does not speak, mind you the same language asthe menu and language on our, receipt, became frustrated with my girlfriend, as though she was not communicating what she wantedcorrectly. I think owner should avoid assigning this woman to the registers. I guarantee you any person that comes here willbecome frustrated by this woman?s inability to communicate! We are talking about ordering a sandwich here! Can you imaginehaving a 30 minute lunch? and before you could even sit down and enjoy your sandwich half of your lunch break is over, simplybecause the cashier didn?t understand: extra mushrooms, no onions, no bell peppers! . The owner should reconsider assigning thiswomen a cashiers position. My family learned English, We have people move here from overseas that speak better English than ourneighbors! i visited here on halloween 2022, and as i stood in line, the Asian owner kept calling other people before me...there were 2... lines and he just kept looking past me. i finally got tired of it, and waved my hand saying "sir, sir i was next"....he kepttelling the white couple to come forward and acted like he didnt hear me. I made myself known and I told the couple i was sorryand was not trying to be rude but i had been standing there for awhile with my 2 year old waiting to be addressed. When Iapproached the counter, he acted as if he was upset I made myself go first. Yes he took my order, but it was beyond obvious tome that he was trying to overlook me. I had another racist experience at the Charley's at Washington Square mall with an Asianfemale worker. She assumed I had stolen a drink. This lets me know that the owners must be a certain way towards people ofcolor. It's not a coincidence that I've experienced discrimination at both locations. Read more
Best sandwiches ever!! Make the food fresh as you order. Real fruit lemonades. ???? also the sandwich options come in three... sizes: small, regular, and large. ???????? and price range is a great deal. My number one place I return to eat at here at themall. Read more

Ordered this cheesesteak and what I got was fully soaked bread. I was so disgusted by what it looked like I thought I?d give it... to my dog and it ran away. Really disappointed with how it was made. Not sure if that?s how all there sandwiches are made butfrom this bad experience I probably won?t be ordering from there again Read more
One of my favorite sandwich places to eat at! I almost always get the same thing when eating here which is a Bacon 3 Cheese... Steak sandwich with green peppers added and I love there 3 different lemonades with fresh fruit inside. There aren't many ofthese food joints in the Northwest. I wish there were more locations. They are found mostly on military bases. Awesome fries,great drinks, and amazing Philly sandwiches. Read more
I have to admit this was the best Philly Cheesesteak I have had since having one in Philadelphia. They literally make it right... in front of you, it's very affordable for the portion you get. The staff are fairly friendly and no waits both times I came tothis location recently. Read more
