The food is fine, it?s what you would expect from a fast food corporation, but for some reason this location has an inability to... stay open past 3pm. I work nearby and take my lunch at 3 every day and every time I?ve visited this location, I was turned awaybecause they were closing early. If you?re planning on going here any time past 3, be prepared to go someplace else. I?vesubmitted a request to Google to adjust the operating hours accordingly, but no word back yet. Edit: Changing to 1 star as thisissue has only gotten worse over time. Yelp now shows this business as temporarily closed, but not Google. WARNING: THISLOCATION IS NO LONGER IN OPERATION. Read more
I ordered 2 bowls online recently (I tried a location in Gresham closer to me but the website wouldn't process it there and told... me to pick a new one) and I should've checked before driving away, but when I got home both bowls were missing severalingredients. My fiance and I were super hangry so we took them back and complained. The manager explained that they were out ofthe ingredients that were missing and that's just how they do it . Ok fine, but Chipotle needs a system for back up options orat least double the meat with no extra charge? Write a note for pick up saying they were out? Their system is seriously missinga few things. The bowls were small and especially lacking without the missing ingredients we specified. The manager gave us thecustomer service number which was nice of her and we got a refund. Honestly I'm never ordering from Chipotle online ever againbecause this isn't the first time ingredients were missing. 2 stars because the manager was nice and dealt with hangrycustomers. Read more
The food was so-so. I think for people like me that just want to grab a meal, they should have an option to pick something from... the menu and get the without having to answer a bunch of questions and trying to figure out what combination of stuff will gobest with what you think you're ordering. The hours are strange also, tried the day before and they were closed. Was told onphone they are down to 5 hours a day. I'm guessing it's because of staffing. Read more
Went a few weeks ago around 6pm and closed with a sign saying closed and no reasoning. Just walked in at 8pm and they told me... they're closing because they're out of to much stuff. Meanwhile as we drive away I see the employees eating their food. Iusually drive from Vancouver because the Vancouver locations usually ruin my online order or give me a soggy burrito that hashalf the filling on the outside. Chipotle is usually just fine and consistent. Ordered pick up and they basically gave us 10 chips with half a small container of... salsa. If this is the normal portion for chips and salsa at Chipotle don?t waste your money. We also got 2 burrito bowls andthey seemed smaller then when you eat there. Read more
Food tasted amazing, the Guacamole wasn't fresh, alot of browning in the bowl and the container they pulled it out of. The... portioning sizes have shrunk. I made a comment about it and the person answered that I can always ask for more. I shouldn't haveto ask. For a almost 20 dollar meal I would expect a decent portioned bowl. Read more
Serving sizes were very small this visit than usual. They also were out of steak, White Rice, black beans, almost out of... refried beans. Plus they would bot accept cash.
