Absolutely the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. They tried to charge me twice once and just have the rudest employees that... they and tell me how my bank works. I have also never got a burrito that was done the right way there. I love Chipotle and gothere all the time but, I will avoid this one at all Costs. Read more

This location is a mess. They always have issues due to missing employees and lack of decision making. Today December 2, 2022 at... 5:30 pm just stood in line for a half hour, (still didn't order anything) because they had 4 employees working. At that pointshut down walk in service or tell the online orders people they will be waiting longer because you have to clear the line some.Such a management failure on all counts at this place. And if the owner won't fix the problems then close this location downbecause it gives the company a bad name. Read more

Every time we come to this specific Chipotle the Brown rice is always undercooked and hard. The staff is unprofessional and... almost takes the job as a joke. We were there when they were closing, One spac of the staff members Threw the keys to anotherstaff member and almost hit my mother on the head with the keys. I hadn?t been here in a while because it was frequently closed when I arrived or it would take forever to get food and I had a... short lunch, but I came recently to grab a burrito and the staff was so fast and efficient! There was - long line and theypowered through it while treating every one with kindness. Awesome job Read more

I am dissappointed. I like Chipotle, but I have had some issues. I ordered food just the other week for my family. I waited... 10 min for my online order before walking in and went to pick it up. Sign posted on door said online orders only. The employeesaid give it 5 to 10 min. They totally ignored eye contact. When I asked after waiting a while, they seemed not to know whatwas going on. I finally checked my email and I had the wrong location. My fault for the mix up, but customer service was notvery great, for not checking my order like they said they would. I go to the correct location and they have the doors lockedwith signs that say out of food. No one would answer my knocks on the glass door, as customers were seated inside. A customerfinally exits and I go to the front counter to inquire about my online food order. They calmly say, so sorry for yourinconvenience at the other store. Check the shelf for your online order. I was grateful, but what about the other 6 customerswith to go orders that were ready on the shelf. Who would let them in the door. What a racket! ???? Read more

Just bad service and I feel for the employees there. They will not accept in person orders and you have to send in an order... online. Due to this system you will most certainly get your food late and in my case the wrong order. If you tell them about ityou are just given instructions to contact the Chipotle national support line. I just can't believe this horrible management atthis location has been afloat. Read more

The staff are amazing. This message is to management/owner?Hire more. Figure something out. Truthfully work the line?.almost 25... min past the moment food was supposed to be ready for a on line order is inexcusable. I applaud the staff working their tailoff. But they are VERY understaffed. Chipotle has gone completely downhill. We waited almost 40 mins. Our order was missing multiple items (and didn't catch all of... those until we were home). Also you HAVE to place your order via app/website, you can't wait in line anymore. Don't waste yourtime, it's not worth it! Read more
