Went here after the OSU v MSU game at Providence Park. It was a little busy with other fans and the crew handled the line well,... They were quick and friendly and the burrito I got was delicious. I don?t have any issue with the food, it?s fresh and tasty most of the time. However, this branch has an issue with managing... their employees, it?s annoying how a big chain like Chipotle can?t manage their labors. I?ve gone to this branch many times whenit?s supposed to be open, but for some reasons they?re closed on their open hours. I found it very frustrating for me andcertainly for many other customers that they do that. Also, there?re many time that branch does not serve lettuce and cheese. I asked "What's the difference between the Burritos and the Tacos?" The lady started treating me like I was dumb. I interjected,... "Hardshell or soft." Then continuing on she felt the need to explain that the Hardshell are made from corn and the soft fromflour. I don't like being punished for asking a question, but I should have phrased my question, "Are the tacos, hardshell orsoft, yes or no." Also I get grossed out when I see food that is being slid down the line and the serving spoon handles makecontact with food. That's a is gross as seeing the lady's belly roll make contact with the food when she reaches over to grab aserving spoon. Other than that, the food was good enough for a quick lunch. Read more

This chipotle is engaged in illegal false menu labeling and should be punished. They introduced a new steak flavor but don?t put... anywhere that it cost more than their normal steak. it says $10 for steak on their menu but what they don?t tell you is it it?sactually $12 for the new steak and you don?t find that out until you already have your food at the register. They know exactlywhat they are doing trying to trick people into getting the new food option just to charge them more for the same exact thing asthe normal steak. Read more
