Can the hours of this location be communicated better? Online, phone and even the door shows they are open until 10PM. There is... no posted sign stating they are closing early for staff meeting or due to staff shortage. Nothing. You walk up to see the lightson, people inside eating at a table and you try to open the door and it is locked. Staff does not acknowledge you or come outand say they are closed. Please post your hours correctly. Read more

Went to get takeout dinner for 3 people around 6pm on a Wednesday. They were out of roughly 50% of the available items. They had... 6-7 people working, however maybe 2 were actually serving customers. No one cooking. 5 people standing around doing nothing.Lady who put together my burrito was in a bad mood complaining that the previous customer ordered the last serving of guacamole.Apparently she was planning on taking it when she got off work. Bizarre thing to complain about in front of customers. Probablythe worst experience I've ever had at a Chipotle. I couldn't imaging what a manager would think if they were to walk in and seemore than half the staff doing nothing when there's a line of customers. Based on the other reviews posted, they might as wellclose this location. Read more

Three of the last four times I tried to go to this Chipotle, it was closed. It was in the middle of the day and the hours on... Google maps said it was open. But when you get there, the doors are locked and a paper sign is taped to the door saying theyclosed early. The few times this location was actually open during posted hours, the service was pretty bad and the food wasdisappointing. I ordered online - a burrito bowl with double meat. When I got home the bowl was literally half full. If thingschange, I'll update the review. But until then, I'd recommend avoiding this location. Read more

As always Chipotle is fantastic. Good value for you money and good service. The parking lot fills up and can be super packed and... some of the places are hard to park in, but nothing unusual for Portland. The line was a little slow when I went due to a newworker, but even with that it was around 10 minutes that I got my food. Chipotle is definitely the best value if you likeMexican food at all. Just don?t forget to ask for more of something if you want it! They only charge extra for meet andguacamole so ask for extra of everything else. The veggies are my personal favorite, but be careful of the hot sauce. Read more

If I can zero stars I would. I made the mistake of trusting this location with our catering order. At pick up time @ 2:45PM on a... Saturday, this location was randomly closed. No call, heads up or email. We had to scramble last minute to figure food for anentire party. Never gain Powell Chipotle. Read more

Back in the early 2000s, this same strip mall was home to a rather unusual restaurant named "Husky Maltese Whatever". What made... it so unique was that it was almost never open. Curious potential customers would stop by at all hours of the day and night, only to find it closed. Flash forward to 2022. Sadly, this quickly gentrifying corner of SE Portland has lost much of itsquirky charm. Both "Husky Maltese Whatever" and the nearby, long time favorite "Original Taco House" are now no more. Butwait, one of the country's top fast casual restaurant chains has stepped in to fill that void. Now you can try to fulfill thatcraving for Americanized Mexican food from a Chipotle location that is almost never open. Lunch time, Dinner time, weekday orweekend, odds are this location will be closed when you go there. Plus, there is an added twist. In the rare event that theyare open, you will almost certainly get a tiny portion of a food item that you never ordered. Unfortunately, you probablywon't get anything that you did order. Customer service of any kind? LOL. Also not likely. Read more

Preface: this review is not directed towards the workers. They are all very nice and helpful and I?m sure are overworked and... underpaid. This Chipotle is severely mismanaged. Of all the times I?ve walked by during business hours, it is open perhapstwenty per cent of the time. The one time I made the mistake of ordering online, it took a good half hour longer than stated.Thankfully, they no longer accepted online orders. Probably most annoying, they absolutely refuse to stock veggies, at all. Iknow we?re in unprecedented times, but I?m not aware of a pepper and onion shortage spanning several months. It?s quite annoyingbecause of how much Chipotle as a company has made an effort at offering veggie options. At this location though, don?t bothercoming. Read more

I wanted to give this Chipotle location the benefit of the doubt but with countless mishaps. I felt empowered to deliver the... feedback publically on Yelp since the leadership of Chipotle and their customer service team doesn't respond to privateindividual feedback. This Chipotle location is in a very nice location, has friendly workers, and a chipotolane, which is aplus. But the negatives outweigh the positive. The past three times, we've had an order pickup, they've missed items we've paidfor, put in wrong ingredients and this last time we ordered online only to get there with a sign on the window that said, "Forrefund, call the Chipotle customer service number" because they were closed. Just poor experiences all around and I would adviseleadership to listen to your customers feedback to patch up the things that ultimately keep you in business, the customerexperience. As for this location, personally I would recommend you to take your Chipotle cravings elsewhere. UPDATE: Went backa week later at 3pm for indoor dining this time and was met by this sign at the door ?CLOSED? no explanation as to why or whenthey?ll be open again? I understand the need to close early with staffing shortages or food shortages but could you at least doyour customers a favor by updating that you?re closed on Google before they head to your store?
