I only rate it 3 stars because the bar isn't super knowledgeable on how to make drinks and there kinda pricy. Other then that... it's a fun environment, super welcoming and the pool tables are only .50 so that's a plus!! Read more
I don't think I've been to a more wholesome, inclusive, and homey dive bar/gay bar/karaoke lounge/pool hall. It's quite the... oasis/shangri la/etc. The seating is plenty, comfy, and in great shape. The walls are adorned with tons of really fun polaroidsof people enjoying the venue over the years. The drink options are good and there's a decent alc:whatever else in them ratio.The staff are super kindly and wholesome. The bathrooms and floors everywhere are pretty amazingly clean considering what you'dnormally expect from such a genre of venue. The owner I think is also the cook and he's always so happy when he comes out toserve the food up to the patrons directly. You can really tell this establishment means a lot to him and the community hasalways come together to give the place the mountains of love it deserves. Also the food is pretty good! Fun fun fun! Perfect karaoke spot!
I absolutely love this place, the karaoke environment is by far the most bust and fun I've ever had. The other drawback to this... venue is its so popular that you barely get to sing. A nice outdoor patio area, good drinks. I'd never had the food as when Iattended I didnt see anything appetizing at the moment. Read more

First bargoing experience since the pandemic, and it was a blast! Came to meet a friend not fully realizing it was a karaoke... bar, but there was someone singing when I walked in, which was kind of nice. It made the atmosphere casual and fun andwelcoming, especially after not going out for over a year and maybe being a little anxious. I got there before 8pm so I was ableto get a drink and enjoy a chat with the bartender before the place started filling up. The space is split up into the mainbar/dining room area and a smaller singing area where the DJ booth is and where the computer is to look up songs. The DJ wasgreat also and made sure to include new singers in the mix, and was very interactive and humorous. As with most karaoke bars,the later it gets in the evening and the longer it?ll take for them to get to your songs, so either plan to get there earlier orstay for a while to get your songs in. Or just come for the fun atmosphere and drinks and to listen to strangers singing. Alsoworth mentioning: there is a parking lot! Finding parking in the city stresses me out so places with parking lots are always abig win. Read more
I really had an awesome time the dj was busy but I got to sing!! The dancing was really fun while people sang!! It only got 1... star less because the lady bartender with tattoos picked some other guy to serve when I was there first which wasn't cool...I'llnever order from her.. but great place, awesome atmosphere, will definitely come back again!! Chopsticks is the best karaoke bar in portland. The drinks are reasonable, it's full but never packed, you can actually get on... the mic in a reasonable time. Also, full menu chinese food all night. Read more
