I'm not a DQ fan but it's really close, every single time I've ordered it was supper slow, they only have two people working and... the poor lady said the cook only cooks I felt bad for her because it's not her fault it took 10 minutes waiting in line andanother 20 minutes to wait on food seemed everyone who came in to get a treat got semi faster service while the rest who orderedmeals had to see customer after customer get their order including drive through, not sure how it stays open customer serviceit's not this DQ strong suit if it takes 20 minutes to get food out might as well go to a better sit down restaurant, the onedoing most of the work was probably used to it and was nice for how frustrated customers got thinking 5-10 minutes tops I'drather drive a few miles I'd still get my food faster. I'm sure the neighborhood appreciates having this place close by it isconvient untill you order so if you plan on stopping by and are in a hurry probably not the first place I'd recommend you'd havebetter luck driving to 82nd and trying your luck with the many other fast food places. Does not participate in Dairy Queen's rewards program, cannot order from the app, cannot pay with the app. The people are nice... enough but it's like they are 20 years behind the times. Portland needs a new Dairy Queen closer to the inner Eastside. Read more
Ordered 2 blizzards thru drive thru. Had coupon for buy one regular, get one 99cents. Refused to honor coupon because it didn't... have a bar code. It didn't come with one. It was mailed along with 3 others coupons to all of the Brentwood neighborhood. Youare the only DQ in the neighborhood. Why wouldn't you honor it? When i questioned why, the guy running the window was extremelyrude. Will never go there again. Read more
2nd time they forgot to add stuff to my blizzard. Tried to call nothing gets through. Got my large plain blizzard missing the... chocolate and the cheese cake. Smh Double check everything before leaving. Read more
We stopped here for a couple Blizzards. We were 3rd Inn line in the drive-thru. The line moved steadily and within 7 minutes... we were at the pickup window. We ha ordered 1 standard Blizzard and one special order Blizzard. We added cherry to a mud pieBlizzard. It took a couple of minutes longer for them to get it ready and when we tasted it we could barely taste the cherry BUTat least they tried. The parking lot was picked up and clean. The staff was friendly and efficient. We feel like we canrecommend this place. Read more
Nothing quite says I've given up like forgetting to add any flavor to their blizzards. If your are planning to eat your emotions... like I was, go else where. Turns out you can get sadder, all it takes is a vanilla blizzard. I didn't even know this was a menuoption, but here I am, sitting in the dark eating a plain blizzard. I tried to call to see if I could rectify the issue, withoutsitting inline at 8pm, but no one ever answers and voicemail isn't an option. 10/16/21 They asked for another chance so tonightI returned... Apparently they don't think I'm too bright, which clearly I'm not as I went back... Anywho, it's really easy tosee they ripped a chicken strip in half to get to 4... This is not the first time it has happened I ordered fries came back cold and gross I waited at the window until the lady came... back and I said these fries are soggy and not hot she had an attitude having to have to replace them second time on my icecream. Inch and a half what I asked for on the top of the blizzard I did not notice until almost halfway home and found the restof it was all vanilla ice cream not mixed well at all for the blizzard and it's not the first time my order has been wrong orreally bad food not going back here again.
