I understand that this location could get stressful but the ones who work here should remember they are getting paid to be... there! Smile a little, maybe not tell the customer how much you need to do as if the customer is keeping you from doingsomething more important. I was going to order some food to go, but #1 nothing I wanted was available for some reason and #2 Iwouldn't wanna add anything more to their plate, or God forbid get another dirty look (for no reason) from every server on thefloor. I won't be using Denny's order/pick-up again. The app said my food was done. My boyfriend went in to get it and the waiter... working had him wait 20min. The entire time our food was up on the counter getting cold and soggy. The app forced me to tip thisguy. They add on a couple dollars to each item of the to-go menu as well. I paid $3.69 for a 20oz coke that had melted ice andas a result was watered down and flat. My fries were cold and soggy as expected. The ranch dip I paid $0.99 for was watered downor too runny to even stick to my fries. The patty melt was super soggy and greasy. It was all around disappointing. For twoburgers, fries, and 2 drinks I paid $43. I feel absolutely, 100% ripped off. Never again. Seriously, go elsewhere. Do not getto-go orders from Denny's. Read more
Just ordered for pickup and my order was completely wrong! They did not add items I ordered and paid for and added a lot of... stuff I completely hate. I ordered 2 patties on my burger and no onions or jalapenos. There was only one patty and I payed extrafor two. I can't stand onions or jalapenos. I did not check the order before I left because I had to wait over 30 minutes for itbecause they were extremely busy. I'm in town for an event and staying in a hotel near by. This place was the only place openclose to my hotel. I don't plan on going there again! Read more
Food wasn't as great compared to other Dennys. Staffs needs to work on bettering their work ethics. Ive been to Dennys with 1... waitress (south lake tahoe) with faster service. wouldn't recommend this Dennys. Don't order the spicy crazy sizzling skillet.The chicken breast looked like it was from a Cornish chicken. You'll be very disappointed. Lots of potatoes tho. Read more
We didn't expect to stop here-but found ourselves here at 7am for breakfast on Saturday. The staff is SO NICE! The food was... fast and delicious.
