Waited for 70 minutes, I finally called to ask when and was told another hour. Why even have the doors open? This is becoming... the new normal for the service industry. They also added on a $5.99 delivery fee for a couple of pizzas that took over 2 hoursto be delivered. Never again with Domino's. Read more

Twice now we have ordered from this location for work. It is a school and we are feeding kids here. The first order the person... "thought it was a prank" so they never actually put in the order and we had to re-order and fed the students over an hour late.Today we ordered and called for an update when the pizza still hadn't arrived 30min after delivery time. First call we were told"it is 5 minutes away", waited another 20 minutes, called again and were told "it'll be the next pizza out the door" and when Ibegan to ask a question the employee hung up on me after interrupting me to say "I don't know why we're short staffed". Assomeone that works in a school/hospital setting; I give grace for being short staffed but this location just has horriblecustomer service and it is upsetting having to feed students over an hour late cold pizza. When I moved to Portland in July 2016, Division & 20th was my go to Domino?s, I feel over time the quality of food and customer... service has gone down hill, and get feeling they don?t care. I am going find a new location to care of my dominos needs. Ilove dominos when you can get the real experience. Read more
We where traveling this evening and stopped to rest for the night. Ordered a supreme pizza, was never asked what crust or for a... name or phone number. The driver never knocked on the room door sat the pizza by the door in a pile of ants. I usually enjoyDominos but it was horrible! Box was crushed also! Read more
Great Pizza and an amazing assortment of Chicken. We enjoyed both our customized Honolulu Hawaiian Pizza and Sweet BBQ Bacon... Chicken. Location very clean, and pleasant employees. Fast and efficient Delivery. Drivers Donald and Cliff are awesome. So far,every order has been spot on. Highly recommend this Domino's!! Read more
