Staff is friendly and quick. Food comes out as ordered. Other than that it's Domino's, so if you like them it's a good one to... order from! Oh, they have a good gluten-free crust too! Read more

I visited the store to place an order only to find out that their debit machine was not working due to a chord, also being the... one time I did not bring my wallet since they accepted Apple Pay/Google Pay. As a result I couldn't even pay with ApplePay/Google Pay! The lady who was making the pizza was not helpful, nor friendly at all. Kaitlyn, the person in charge came overand offered free pizza instead for the inconvenience of the machine not working, which made my visit 10 times better. We ordered two pizzas and cheese bread and one pizza came absolutely drenched in sauce. I'm talking SOUPY. The toppings were... pretty much raw and everything slid off as we lifted slices. The chicken on it we paid extra for was almost nonexistent. It wasinedible. That said, the rest of the order was fine. When we called to ask for them to remake the pizza the employee was veryrude. When the employee said it would take over an hour to get a replacement we said we'd rather just get a refund for that oneitem. The employee talked to her manager and then told us she'd have to refund the entire order because "that's not how thesystem is set up" and made it sound like that was our fault?! She honestly acted as if we were trying to like, pull a fast oneon them, idk if this happens often to them?? It's not our problem that you can't refund individual items or void the transactionand run it again minus one item. Again, we only asked for a refund for that one pizza and would've waited if it wasn't going totake so long. My gf has food restrictions and couldn't eat the one I got and was already starving. They didn't get my order correct, AND I didn't get what was ordered as advertised. This has been multiple times in a row. I... don't blame the staff, this probs bad mismanagement and being cheap (I dont know if this is franchised with another closelocation). DO NOT eat here. The website doesnt even work when trying to send an email for review, instead getting 30 minutes ofautomated messages. Don't bother, I sure won't in the future! Read more

I?ve ordered from here twice and the delivery has been the most bizarre experience both times. First time, delivery driver... called me and told me to come outside to get the pizza. I get it, short staffed, but this was still in the time of mask mandateand part of why I ordered delivery was for the contact-free option. I go outside to meet the driver, no one is there. I trycalling back the number but get no one. Start walking up and down the block to find the driver in case they?re lost. Bing!Listed as delivered. Still no pizza. Three minutes later, driver rolls up, gets really close to me unmasked and literally putsthe pizza on a neighbors car and drives off. Manager was a bit sassy but ultimately apologetic which I appreciated. Secondtime, I dunno WHAT happened. We typed in the correct address, but accidentally typed in the phone number wrong. No worries, wehave the address correct, what could go wrong? Bing! Marked as delivered. No pizza. We walk around the building, around theoutside in the rain and can?t find our order. We call to ask where it is, and get a delivery driver who said our directionsdidn?t include an apartment number (on our end, it did. I have screenshots but I don?t want to post my address online) andbecause the last letter of the instructions cut off (due to the character count on the website which I get is out of theircontrol) I asked why he didn?t just leave it at the apartment building front door then and he referred me to his manager.Manager Tony was pretty combative but I get that they?re stretched thin, but it became clear they weren?t going to refund us atany point and just took the food back to the store with no attempt to email us (we did provide correct email information) oreven update on our online order that there was an issue. This is the best Domino?s location! They are always quick, and the pizza tastes great. :) The only time my pizza order was ever... delayed, they let me order those items again on a separate day, and gave it to me for free! Thanks Domino?s!! Read more

I've ordered delivery from here a few times. Pretty solid. Last two times I picked up because It appears the delivery fee went... up to $6. Last time I did curbside it was fine. This time I waited almost five minutes, which I don't even care about. But whatfrustrated me more is that my pizza wasn't cut all the way through and it ripped and fell apart. Read more
