I ordered a pizza 2 nights ago for delivery and they never came. I called to get the pizza replaced for free because no one... showed and I waited 40 mins before I went to bed without dinner. When I called on Sunday the guy was horrible, he told me hewasn't going to replace it for free, he said he was the manager but would not give me his name, he told me he was the generalmanager and no one was above him. Because I asked to speak to someone above him that could help me because he was extremelyrude, he laughed and mocked me on the phone, he refused to give me the corporate office info. I will never order from thislocation again. highly doubtful that your general manager is working on a Sunday! So, I'm pretty sure this employee ispretending to be the general manager. I want my pizza replaced for free I waited 40 mins and it never came and I couldn't callbecause the store was closed. ! That's why I waited until today to day to get my order replaced but whoever this "manager guywas" at 245 pm on Sunday wouldn't Help me. I don't know what that guy's issues was but he shouldn't work in customer serviceperiod. Horrible representation for your company. I will adjust my comment when I get my pizza replaced fo free!!! The people that work here are great and the food is usually great. However, I have to knock off a couple stars because their... online coupons just don't work. You go to order a pizza that it says should be 10.99 and it rings up as 12.99 instead. Everytime I order from here I have to restart my order several times until I find one of the deals that actually charge you theadvertised price. Btw these are coupons advertised on the actual dominos.com website. Their own advertised deals overcharge youabout 75% of the time. Read more
If there was 0 stars that's what I will give them I order 2 pizzas for delivery and when the driver came to my apartment (2nd... floor) left the pizzas down stairs why? Because most likely he/she dropped em and the pizzas were missing slices and the resthad dirt on it my wife call and the manager told her they were gonna send em again that another customer had complained aboutthe same thing and it was the same driver but guess what? Pizzas never came this is the 2nd time I have issues whit thislocation will never order from them ..|.. Read more
I just wanna say that I really appreciate this Dominos and their level customer service and kindness. They went above and beyond... to assist my family in getting The pizzas from point A to point B. Delivery driver Max left without delivering my order. Then was confrontational with me when delivering a second time. Order was... incorrect, missing second pizza and coke. Will not be ordering from this store again. Read more
