Without fail the worst dominos location I have ever ordered from. Unfortunately it also happens to be the one that delivers to... my house. Every single thing I have ordered from here has been screwed up in some way. When I order garlic twists (my favoriteitem from dominos) they are always about 1/4 of the size of garlic twists from every other location, and lack any garlicseasoning. When I order a dip, it always arrives so overcooked that it's a blackened, inedible brick. When I order pasta, theysend a helping about 1/3 of the size that everywhere else gives you. When I order a pizza, it's always cold. When I orderliterally anything, it takes a ridiculously long time to get here, and the order tracker shows it gets made quickly, then sitsfor ages in "quality check" before being sent out for delivery. Even if I order at odd hours so it's not as busy, it neverarrives correct or on time. Then when I complain on the website, there's no option for getting my money back, only coupons forfree stuff that I never order, so I have to get the bank to issue a chargeback. Read more

Tried to get a quick and easy dinner for my sister who just had a baby. After being told the coupon I saw online wasn?ta thing,... I just wanted to order as soon as possible. Hungry kiddos. Well I got transfer three times, double charged and given therunaround. Pretty annoyed, and now I?m having to wait 2-3 business days to see my card be refunded for the double charge. Read more
If you are charging for sauce.... can you please include it. I paid for it. Third time in a row I didn't get what I paid for.... Might be just sauce but you're charging for it. This place has gone downhill fast in the last 6 months. Ive had all kinds of problems the last 3 times Ive ordered from missing... sides (wings, bread), exploding soda bottles, ridiculous waiting times and tonight was a combination of cold pizza and toppingsthat slid off to the side from a bubble that formed while in the oven. Im done with this place. At least with Papa Murphys I canget a hot pizza out of my own oven and a heck of a lot faster! Read more
I picked up the same order from this location and everytime i get off work late on Mondays so i order pizza grab and go so this... time i get home and I'm missing 1 pizza out of 4 i call the store from 3 different phones and it jus rings till it hangs upnever got an answer im to tired to drive back round trip is about 45 min i got great costumer service there i always tip good ilike my pizza but the fact i didn't get an answer when I called over and over.
