Didn't put chocolate on my wife's cup. Came back and told them. They ask to see it and I was already holding it in front their... face. Maybe get yours eyes checked and an attitude adjustment when someone complains about an OBVIOUS issue. Best coffee in Portland. Oregonians owned & operated. Drive thru & walk up service. Staff is always friendly & helpful. Lines... can be long at times. Many locations around Portland. Way less cost than that big coffee company( you know the one) Read more
We only treat ourselves to Dutch Bros when I take my dog for her nail trim each month...she is VERY VOCAL about getting a "pup... cup." My mocha is amazing too. The staff is friendly and efficient. Read more
I went with my daughter who goes alot, but I go to Starbucks who has a different vocabulary, so I was glad to have this company.... The wait was long because the girls were distracted with a drive up friends. But the coffee was great and worth waiting for! Read more
Normally I love hitting up any DB coffee stand, beings as I grew up with them in Grants Pass, but this one seems to have issues... with staff off and on. Today, my drink was incorrect, and the gal at the window was short with me over asking for my additionalsticker as I purchased 2 drinks and had to ask for the single sticker she gave me. My husband and I collect our stickers, evendoing so from across the country when we lived away. It?s disappointing to be met with such a cold attitude for kindly askingfor part of my purchase when she was happy to hand off 2+ stickers to the person in front of me with only 1 drink. I?ll stick tothe division location from now on even though it?s not as close to my husband?s job. Read more

This location is always busy, and it's usually ok as far as drink quality. I just went there today and there was a... misunderstanding where I may have been out of order in line because the order taker skipped me. She didn't talk to me justwalked right past. Another customer got out of their car and came up to my window with her tiny dog in arms and she insistedthat I cut in line. So I left. I'm really embarrassed. The worker could have told me something when she walked by me, and shedefinitely should have intervened if she saw two customers arguing. It really sucked. Super bad customer service. I'm also notconvinced that I wasn't there first- even if I was entering the line from the wrong direction. Read more
