We came in because we heard great things about Dutch Bros Coffee. We ordered the latte which tasted like any coffee joint, but... there was a large variety of customizable flavors that seemed a little too sweet at that time but I'd definitely recommend topeople who like to drink coffee as a sweet treat! First time into this location. Luckily they were open early. This is the only other Dutch Bros that doesn't have a drive thru... besides the mother ship in Grant's Pass. The store was nice and clean inside, despite the location. And the barista was friendlyand quick. Coffee came out perfect and fast. Read more
Delicious coffees and unique flavors. The vibe is very calm, casual European but caters to American tastes. The bicycle drive... thru is a great bonus and lends itself well to Portland's eco conscious commuters. Read more
Really shocked at the experience we had here. We showed up a couple minutes before closing where they let someone else order as... we were pulling up. It was clearly 2 min before closing on my phone when we pulled up. They refused to serve as and thencommented on our ?luxury? car while complaining about the hours that they work (side note: it was 7pm and they complained theyhad been working since noon?????). I?ve been going to Dutch Bros for years and have never experienced as poor of service as Ihave at this location. When I asked for the name of the manager she refused to give it. In downtown Portland. I thought it be bad Or unsafe yet it?s safe and clean. Customer service was great ???????? no complaints... especially downtown it?s okay for its location. The service is fast . They got one of the items on my order wrong. Instead of a small hot coffee they made me an ice coffee. No big deal, but when... told that it was wrong instead of just pouring a small hot coffee so I could be on my way, the girl who was apparently offendedthat I told her the order was wrong decided to clear the whole line up before taking the 2 seconds it took to pour my coffee.Not only did she clear the whole line first but decide to help out a dog who was inside this food establishment. The dog got toput her paws up on the counter where they hand out food orders to people and eat whipped cream out of a cup before I could getmy 1 cup of coffee. So I quite literally got treated worse than a dog at this location. The dog was cute. But that was anincredibly unsanitary and a completely unwarranted ridiculous reaction from the barista. Wish I could rescind my tip. Too badcause I really like Dutch bros coffee. Maybe will never go to that location again. Read more
I've been to this location a couple of times and I think they're quicker and more efficient than a lot of coffee locations.... While I wasn't pleased about the lack of a drive through, the speed in service inside made up for it and I ended up waiting formuch less time than at any other Dutch Bros. In addition, the workers are super kind as usual. The employee who served me todayeven said she'll remake my drink for free if there was anything wrong with it (which there wasn't). As always this place is amazing. The energy and the friendly service gives me just as much pepp as the caffeine 911 drink I... love. If only I could be that young again I swear I'd be in the little hut doing what they do. Have fun guys! Keep us movingalong Read more
