I cherish finding restaurants that serve giant bowls of salad when I?m road tripping and traveling. Place it right across from... Powell?s bookstore and you get a majorly winning combo. In category of salad bar places this spot gets 5 stars from me. I?msoooo wishing there was such a place like it in Spokane, where I live. If you want to be super picky... a couple of thelettuces were a bit wilted on the edges. It was so minimal that I personally don?t care. But thought I?d make mention for thoseof you who are ultra high-end salad eaters. I always have my dressing on the side so if you?re like me then make sure youspecify otherwise they will toss it with all the salad ingredients. I ordered the Cobb Your Enthusiasm with chicken and enjoyedand gobbled up every bite of it. It was delicious and plenty of it. Got it in the Bushel size. Talking a mere $13.50. A steal ifyou ask me. Must go for a healthy food. Plenty of vegetarian and vegan options. One can make a unique combination or choose from the... presets. Healthy with choices. THE Northwest Bowl is a bit plain but I like the nuts and dried cranberries that improved the taste.
