Absolutely love these cupcakes! We had cupcakes for our wedding in September and they were delicious. The bakery was great from... the beginning when we got cupcakes to try out before we placed our order. For the day of we had four different kinds of the minicupcakes and even got a couple of large ones as well. They were able to customize these with sprinkles that went with ourwedding theme. Spacious, clean interior with several tables for seating, a wide and well lit display case with a great selection of cupcakes,... mini-cupcakes, and 6 & 8 inch cakes. The young woman behind the counter was very helpful, she answered all our questions anddidn?t linger expectantly when my daughter and I needed a few minutes to think about their selection. We ended up trying threeof their mini-cupcakes and buying an 8? cake. Everything was delicious. Cupcakes were moist and tasted exactly how a cupcakeshould taste. Creamy frosting and filling. My husband and I met on Bumble so we ordered a BeeHive shaped wedding cake from Fat Cupcake for our wedding. It was fantastic!... We also had a tower of mini cupcakes in an assortment of flavors and all of our guests raved about them. Windy and the team atFat Cupcake were great to work with during the planning process and helped facilitate a fun cupcake tasting event prior to thebig day so we could pick our favorite flavors. I have frequented this bakery many times in the past few years. They are a great place to pickup a few mini or regular cupcakes... when you forgot to plan ahead. Their cupcakes have very whimsical names and creative flavors, and yet like most things,everybody will not like all the cupcake flavors all the time. I will admit some of them are a bit too sweet for my liking. Mypersonal Favorites are the Lemon Doodles, The Dough Boy (not sure on the name), and the seasonal Carrot Cake. We had a kerfuffle with another bakery in the area suddenly shutting down and someone reccomended Fat Cupcake. They made an... absolutely stunning cake for my daughters 16th birthday AND the cake was beyond delicious! I will 100% be using Fat Cupcake forall my cake needs in the future! Just fantastic! I?m leaving a one star review because a business like this should be ashamed. The name of this place is ? Fat Cupcake ? . Not... one cupcake in the case or any of the ones we ordered were considered by any means A real fat cupcake at all. The business nameshould be ?Banquet Cupcake.? The cupcakes Remind me more of a tiny Buffet style cupcake where the desserts have been sitting outfor days and not much satisfaction. Yes decent frosting, decent topping, but the baker should review and update your recipes ifyou?re adjusting for inflation costs. And if someone is buying 2,3,4 or 5 dozen in one purchase you should also offer adiscounted price. Someone shouldn?t have to pay the same price per dozen as the customer buying 5 dozen I?m very sad I Selectedtheir cupcakes to take to my daughters school for her birthday party. I?m leaving this review to warn others. I wish I wouldhave done my research before purchasing from here. I?m sorry for this review but someone had to say something.
