ThIs Cafe is a lovely place in what was the Hollywood library. I have fond memories of taking my kids to the library there. The... pastries are absolutely delicious. Probably the best I have had in a restaurant. The raspberry/ blackberry Danish was so flakyand buttery. I also took home a cinnamon roll and chocolate chip shortbread cookie. Both were delicious. The only thing Iwasn't fond of was the mocha. The espresso wasn't very bold and it had cinnamon! Never had a regular mocha with cinnamon. Iended up tossing it. Good thing I don't live in Portland anymore because I would be tempted to visit every day. Read more
This is a great spot in part because their pastries and breads are delicious but also because there's a large amount of... tables/space for hanging out with your beverage and tasty treats. I had a wonderful little serendipitous delight while there asthe Grant High a cappella was hanging out near a seniors group meeting for coffee and they convinced the choir to sing for us. Read more

What a wonderful place! This cafe has a little of everything. We came in for a quick coffee, chatted it up a bit then found... ourselves hungry. We decided to get some of the baked goods for an early lunch and it was pretty good. The flavors in my pastrywas full and went perfectly with my coffee. The shop is pretty spread out, so you can have a conversation at a comfortable tone.I would definitely recommend this beautiful cafe to my family and friends! Read more
