Food and service was mid. As a person of color absolutely did not feel comfortable and was rushed despite being told that all... dishes would be coming out one at a time given the small kitchen. The focaccia was ok and the oil and vinegar provided were notseasoned. Standouts were the tomato sauce and the arugula salad. If you have to get Italian anywhere in Portland I wouldrecommend Luce?s. Staff was more welcoming and knowledgeable there. The dishes felt more Italian American than Italian and therewere only two pasta dishes on the menu. Although the branzino was advertised as a shared dish, the one we got for three peoplelooked like a single serving. Over all my group left underwhelmed. Read more

The ambiance is great and the service was really good and friendly. But overall the food was really underwhelming. Most of the... dishes lacked the bold flavors you'd expect from Italian-American and almost all of them were well under-seasoned. This rangesfrom the focaccia starter to the sauce or "gravy," the one thing you'd expect to be perfect. Again, it's cool and fun, but thefood just doesn't match the vibe. Read more

Wow what a wonderful place! Great food, fantastic service! Ok so this place is awesome, all of the staff was super friendly and... on top of everything and everyone is the best of ways. The food was amazing, the warm olive plate was shocking as I have neverhad warm olives like that! The table next to us had the fried mozzarella and wow wow wow did it look good! The sweet pea alfredowas delicious and beautiful, the chicken parm was huge and delicious aswell! One thing that I really liked was that none of theplates matched, they were all beautiful plates and all unique (no I am not talking about the food I mean the actual dishes thefood is served on lol) It was a fun to see and made things even more special.
