I wanted to like this place, but everything we ordered was just gross. Do not get the Mac n cheese. It tastes like watered down... cheese on soggy pasta. Despite the menu description, there were no breadcrumbs. I wish I could go back in time and slap myselffor thinking about going here. Read more

I fly roughly twice a month to and from PDX and keep coming back to Hopworks for their delectable burgers, pretzels, Cesar... salad, and of course their beer collection. The service and food have improved markedly since the height of the pandemic. Itwas rough in 2020 when they weren't open or only served outside along the pathway or corridor. I think they may have resolvedthe staffing shortage bc I've been having great successes with the service and food quality. I've always been able to find atable and usually travel midday or later, and I'm have been satisfied with their hot fries, fantastic burgers and beers. I tookmy time and never felt rushed through the meal. It's a relaxing and casual atmosphere. The dining room is clean, tidy, andcomfortable. The prices are comparable to any brewery restaurant and at the airport to boot. I'd recommend this restaurant. Read more

Ordered the orange blood beer and pretzel. The pretzel is huge and served with a Dijon mustard and two , yes two bowls of warm... beer cheese. Amazing. Menu attached. Not a bad way to kill time at the airport! ?????????? Read more

Fires were ok, not my favorite and could have used a little more salt. We did get the pretzel. Which wasn't bad, but it seemed... more like a sweet bread than a true pretzel. Read more

As far as airport food goes this place is pretty stellar. Some of you haven't been burned by airport food before and it... shows. The qr / payment system is wonky and wouldn't accept my order or payment, but the waitress who was buzzing around took myorder and ran my card without issue. She was awesome. The Rachel was flavorful and generous with the amount of turkey. Thekitchen messed up and gave me regular fries instead of garlic and the waitress grabbed me a fresh plate of fries. Protip: skipthe garlic upgrade, get the regular fries that come with the meal The price for the meal was bonkers, but that's airportfood. In, out, in under 20 minutes with a happy belly. As far as airport restaurants go, this was a pretty great experience. Read more

I had the flatbread pizza. Really good pizza to be honest, lots of mozzarella, there?s an appropriate amount of sauce, and some... of the cheese dripped over the edge and got burnt just right. For like $11 or $12 I don?t know if it was worth the price, buthey, it?s the airport. It would be nice if paired with a salad. Anyway, it scratched the right itch for me. I?ve also had theveg burger here and could recommend it. Standard bar food. Read more

It?s not often that I will actually eat a meal in an airport. Typically, the quality is not so great and the prices are very... high. When I was leaving Portland, I got to the airport early and had not had any breakfast, so I decided to give Hopworks atry. On the menu was a Hash with chorizo, eggs, potatoes and avocado that sounded interesting. I?m a little hesitant in tryingchorizo too far from the Mexican border, as my stomach doesn?t handle it as well as it used to! Well, I?m glad I ordered this.It was really delicious. The chorizo was not too spicy or greasy. The scoop of avocado on top help to mellow out the spiciness. The combination of flavors was excellent and the portion was very generous. I remember looking up and noticing gentlemen at thebar having a draft with their breakfast! No judgment here. I just thought it was amusing, because that?s something I would neverdo! I believe it was before 8am when I noticed! Service was very prompt and it was truly a contact-less interaction. I was ableto view the menu (thru a QR code), order breakfast through the website and even was able to pay online. Nicely done! Read more
