Food was okay. Service was poor. Over sold the basil pesto bread sticks and the pizza slices not ready. Got told to order a... whole pie. The slices got done first, they changed the basil sticks to garlic and said that was all they had ready. As thepictures I took show when we ordered they had the basil. Poor attitude and obvious lack of carrying about the customer. Won'teat at this location again but may try a different spot. Read more

Hot Lips has always been my family?s go-to pizza spot for years but we?re sadly done with them. They?ve simply become incapable... of delivering a pizza - last night we waited 3 HOURS before finally calling and getting a refund. Same thing has happenedmultiple times (it seems to be a 2-hour wait minimum if you do get lucky and your food arrives), and multiple times the orderhas been plain wrong. Kudos to the employees for putting up with what must be a terrible working environment. I can think of noother place that needs a management change more urgently. Bye, Hot Lips. Read more
One of my favorite pizza places in Portland. Always a great experience with great service and staff.
While my kids love this pizza and I?d much rather support a local business, I simply can?t continue to patronize a pizza place... that is incapable of delivering within 2 hours at 4:45pm on a Friday night. Last time we ordered it ended up being 2.5 hours andthe food isn?t worth the wait. I know staffing can be touch but a multi location group like this should be smart enough to havean answer after 2 years of this. Read more
Pizza and breadsticks are average. Seems poorly run. I ordered solely because I was gifted a gift card, total ended up being... more than the gift card. Instead of charging my credit card for the difference like I asked, they charged me for the wholebalance and also kept the gift card. I didn?t notice until looking at my bank statement a few days later and they told me thecharge would fall off and to wait. A week later, when it had not come off, they told me it was too late to reverse charges intheir system. Very frustrating experience. Read more
Plenty of slices ready, 4 different kinds of pizza to choose slices from. I usually go to Sizzle but when I forget I will stop... wherever. Had the pepperoni and also the pesto mushroom. Nothing to complain about. You better really like garlic if you get thepesto. There was no line! Read more
The pizza is absolutely amazing. I moved from NC and finding a good pizza place has been a struggle. This place has everything... you need for a reasonable price. Super friendly people as well. Will always support Hotlips in Hollywood Read more
