Mom: Is there something else Gemma: *Eyes Rolled* There'sthe "BOWL" Mom: Yes the Smoothie Gemma: okay... what size. This behavior is very unprofessional and it needs to be addressedand taken care of. If she cannot handle customers I would suggest you find something for her to do that has nothing to do withcustomers. Drink Maker: Sundrisha, your service is absolutely amazing. Not only did you go out of your way to take care of mymother by walking out of the store to the sitting area to see if there was something else you could substitute for her drink butyou made sure that they were top notch. Will change my review when information is updated to 6 am open. Google says 5 am, and there is no sign posted in the front... stating their hours. I wouldn?t even bother putting a review, but I?m a little frustrated that the workers there let me wait inline for 10 minutes for nothing as I thought they were getting ready to open but just running a little late. They were visiblyable to see me, and others, waiting in line for 10+ minutes until one of them finally told us they don?t open until 6 am. :_( Read more

I would like to remind everyone that this Jamba juice is not actually accessible to everyone else it's only accessible to the... folks on the other side of the security line inside the airport unfortunately it doesn't mention that in the Google maps butmaybe that will change and again I've only been there maybe once and of course it was on a flight in however in my opinionGoogle maps should let people know it's not generally accessible to the public not really a fault of Jamba juice but it'ssomething they should go ahead and mention. Actually I'm really sad that Jamba juice is no longer located in the main shoppingdistrict where the Nordstrom's Marshalls and of course where the Ikea in the Best buy is located. Read more
