I?ve been driving by this spot for awhile now and I gotta admit that BBQ is my kryptonite. I?m pretty picky and I feel that not... all bbq is created equal. One sunny day about two weeks ago I decided to pull over. Listen people, do NOT sleep on this place! Why I waited so long to stop, I do not know. I ordered the rib plate and it wasn?t your basic food. The ribs were tender, juicyand flavorful. The beans were yummy and not overwhelming. The potato salad was delish and just brought it all together. Everyonewas welcoming and friendly like you just walked into a family bbq. It?s nice to have some great bbq in the NEP! Great food. Great service. Ribs and pulled pork both awesome. Baked beans, fries, and potato salad also great.
I love the bar b que but I did not like the potato salad or the beans the potato salad had too much vinegar in it and the beans... was not seasoned. Read more

Great Pulled Pork sandwich and Baked Beans
What an awesome local BBQ place! I ordered the Ribs and they were so good! The beans and potato salad also seemed to be made... from scratch and tasted great. I was surprised at how large the portions were and how high quality the food was for such areasonable price. I can't wait to walk back :) Read more
