First time at Kenbu Sushi and I was impressed! I bought the chirasi bowl and volcano roll with a side of ponzu and spicy mayo.... Both were big portions and delicious! The chirasi bowl had salmon, tuna, white fish, octopus, shrimp, imitation crab, avacado,salad, seaweed salad, tobiko and tamago! Can't say I had any expectations from Kenbu. I do like the fact the ratings are very high...deservedly so I can confirm. I still... find it a bit odd that one can get such delicious high quality food at a food cart. I'vebeen disappointed before at several other Sushi Burrito fusion concepts. Kenbu knocked it out of the park. It's not big, butit's put together rather well. All the ingredients, the Eel, Salmon, Crab, Avocado, and Cucumber tasted really fresh. The spicysauce gave it a nice little kick without being overly spicy. ~ SPIDER MAN B-ROTTO - 4/5 My friend's kids love this "B-ROTTO" Ithought it was good, but not my favorite. Very well done, the Tempura soft shell crab is cooked to perfection the crab, avocado,cucumber, green leaf tempura crispy with spicy and eel sauce just make this a delight to chow down. ~ PANINI - 4/5 Veryinteresting. This wasn't on the menu at the time of my visit. My friend had it before and literally asked them to make it. It'snot a traditional Panini. There is no bread on this one. It's looks like it could be Keto friendly...but I think there is ricein it. Just don let get cold, it gets soft and rubbery. Engulf when warm...you have been warned. Phenomenal! Kenny Sushi uses high quality fish, which makes familiar offerings like the generous chirashi bowl fantastic... experiences. But what really makes Kenbu Sushi stand out is their creativity. I recommend trying the Cube Tower Roll - salmon,tuna, avocado, spicy mango sauce, and strawberries, all on top of crunchy fried sushi rice. There are many other delightfulcreations on the menu, and I look forward to trying more! Every time we have ordered from Kenbu Sushi, we have received quick,friendly service. Highly recommended.
