We had Beef Bulgogi Tacos and it was amazing. The Korean Seasoned Rice, Slaw, Pico De Gallo, Bean Sprouts, Cucumbers, Cilantro,... and your choice of Salsa in a Soft Corn Tortilla are a marriage made in Heaven. Creative combinations are what make Koi Fusionan exciting place to eat. Read more

The food here is great... But they don't keep reliable hours, they run out of things constantly, and the management is wildly... uneven. This is actually one of my favorite food carts in Portland, but their inability to operate on any kind of predictablebasis really ruins it for me. If they were reliable, I'd eat here several times a week, easy. I do want this cart to succeed, and I know they have had challenges (multiple break-ins and no response from PPB), but if the location is not viable, just closeit. Read more

As several reviews have already mentioned, the prices are dishonest. The board shows $9 for a burrito. $10 if you get beef,... which was almost required since two other protein choices were unavailable. The total came to $12.50 instead of $10. The minimumtip is set to 20% so you?re looking at $15 out the door for just the burrito. The food was decent, a little bland. Read more

I went to the cart by Prost on July 30th and ordered a burrito, the menu reads $10 and when I went to pay the girl said... $12.50.  I said, "no, your menu says $10", and she replies that the "prices have changed, we had something covering it, but itblew away..."  I told her she can't do that and has to honor the price on the menu, and she said she could not do that. Imentioned  that they could cover the price with tape to update it and she said they were out of tape. SO, I took my businesselsewhere that day.  I came back last weekend, Sunday,  and the prices still read the same, so I ordered some tacos, and shegave me a higher price AGAIN.  I told her nicely, that this isn't right, and they have to honor the posted prices, but she hadno way to do that.  I asked if there was a discount button or open food she could use because this is illegal to charge morethan the listed price.  There was not.  There was also no apology, empathy or attempt to make it right.  I get that you needto raise prices, and that is fine; but you need to teach your workers about customer service and empower them with the tools tomake your guests happy.  I love your food, and would like to stay loyal, but not if I get treated like they don't care. Good fusion US-Korean Street food. The cheesesteak sub roll went down very well, the sauce was excellent. The tofu Korean bowl... was good, especially the soft spicy tofu, but lacked a bit of finesse. Prices were quite high (around $10) for the portion size. Read more

I noticed a guy eating what looked like a really good hotdog. It was actually a Korean cheese steak so I ordered it. It tasted... delicious. It was very flavorful. Service was friendly. It was not very busy when I went during a weekday round 12:30 and wewere able to get a table. Read more
