Ordered a chicken burrito that literally only had 2 small pieces of chicken in the whole burrito, I'm guessing the cook didn't... want to prep any more food. Unfortunately I also foolishly tipped while placing my order, so I paid $13 for a rice and beanburrito. The guy working the register was cool though. Read more

Great restaurant with healthy food. There is a large selection to choose from and all of it family friendly with vegetarian or... vegan options for everything. Their smoothies are great too. Read more

Food aside - nothing new its LP- the tipping entitlement and self bussing feature is gonna be a NO- what am i tipping for then?... Tipping is an EARNED item not a given you don?t get extra pay for showing up. The lady with the mask who decides that sweepingup dust close to people eating is the right thing to do. Modest Mouse was on the overhead but i didn?t feel anything funny atthis planet. Read more

I?ve never tried Laughing Planet before, though I?ve really meant to. I found a deal on Too Good To Go, an app meant to reduce... food waste, and I saw it as a sign that I should finally try it. For $5 I got a small chicken, cheese, rice, and corn burrito; aside of rice and beans with a green salsa sauce; and three giant chocolate peppermint cookies. Everything was delicious! Thechicken in the burrito was plentiful and moist. I have no idea what that green sauce was but it was SO good! I liked that theblack beans weren?t over cooked?they still were still in bean form as opposed to overcooks beans that mush up (but aren?tsupposed to be refried-style). The cookies were amazing and I feel so lucky to have gotten three lol. Everything I ate was freshand didn?t feel stale. I?m definitely intrigued now and will be back to try something on the menu. If you are looking for a great family friendly veg-vegan-gluten free eco options restaurant, this is it. Try the spicy Thai bowl... with peanut sauce with tofu, or the warm spicing of the Harvest bowl. Eight local beers on tap are always available. Thegrandkids love the guacamole and chips here, and the burritos are popular, too. The Buoy IPA from Astoria was an excellentchoice. A popular family friendly neighborhood restaurant means it is frequently busy, but there is a patio out back weatherpermitting. Phone and online ordering is available. Read more
