We wanted to go to la Bonita up the street but they didn?t open till 11. Am I decided to go to los Gordita?s out of convenience... sake. I ordered for all my coworkers myself having the egg and sausage breakfast burrito. This was the last thing I ate allday. Being bilingual I could understand what the cooks in the back were saying. I heard one of them say at one point somebodymight get sick tonight. I didn?t know what the reference was to so I didn?t think it a big deal. Around 4 pm I started gettingsick and the whole night I was a blur of runs to vomit. The next day I am still in bed feeling lousy. This was my 1st visit to this location. The service was nice. I ordered the "Super Stacy" burrito(beef). I got home 5 mins... later, it fell apart after one bite. It became a plate of food requiring a fork. I mostly tasted onions and jalapenos, the smallamount of beef was bland and tough. 3.50$ for 3 oz. of Guacamole? Good amount of food for a good price. The chicken was tender with some nice flavor. They've got sauces to spice if up and indoor... and outdoor seating. It seems to get popular around meal times so calling ahead would be a tip if your planning on take out.Friendly service. Read more
LOTS of vegan options at extremely reasonable prices! I was impressed with how much food we got for the price. All vegan tacos... $2 a piece and they are loaded! I had the fajita taco and it was sooo delicious! Also had the vegan gorditas. They were good butnot nearly as good as the tacos! Read more
Best traditional style vegan Burrito I have ever tried. The whole menu in regular, veg, and vegan. I imagine it is all... excellent. I certainly intent to try it. The various salsas were fresh and well made. The Garbage burrito was too much foodbut gave a good sample of the different options. I think the mock chorizo and the soycurls were my favorite.
