Got the discount with fries at 2 mediums for $5.00. Its a big thing to not have to be concerned with the hotness of the fries... so I give the crew at this location props for appreciating hot fries. Slightly more salt than usual but I can deal with this. Read more
I was working in Vancouver which has no fast food I was short money yet I found this McDonald?s on Google took 10 minutes to go... and back to work. Kinda got lost yet Google map go me back to work on time. The restaurant was fast easy . The fries were freshunlike other places. Fast service it?s next to freeway across the bridge from Vancouver city center, other places around to eatwhich is convenient for a hungry person with little money. The manager Miguel and his assistant manager was very rude yelling in the lobby, "Why is the lobby open! ". Mind you it's two... people and it's 8:00 a.m. on a Monday unprofessional to say the least. ( Thank you to the customer that opened the door)So ifsomething was wrong with my order I would not have quick access to remedy the situation. Highly frustrated! I help care for an elderly lady who prefers her coffee rather sweet and creamy, I asked them to please put in... 10 sugars and 15 creamers because McDonald's has a weird way of doing their cream and sugar instead of just giving you what youwant they want to do it for you. They did not come close to putting in the correct amount of cream and sugar as we requested,therefore this poor lady that I care for did not get her nightly coffee which is part of her routine which keeps her on trackwhich keeps her from having a poor attitude and then lashing out on me her wonderful caregiver! A little tongue and cheek there,but really this caused quite a ruffle in our evening. Hopefully next time I go here they will listen to my requests for how manycream and sugar I ask for or at the very least offer me the individual cream and sugar and apologize for not being able to dowhat I asked them to do when I placed my order. Good McDonald's. They have self-serve fountain drinks with refills and the hot cake syrup is warm.
