The DEALs didn't work in the app... so I drove there. The DEALs didn't work on the self-serve kiosk (after x3 tries with... different items, kept freezing so that to start over each). The kiosks are not very easily interactive with the McDonald's app, and it delayed the ordering/pick-up process. Then, although... I ordered a meal and received the coffee, they forgot my hashbrowns. Read more

When the McDonald's app doesn't work the Manger should still honor the discount, instead of yelling at me it's not their app.... Worst McDonald's on the face of the earth ???? the black girl on the drive through is trashy disrespectful and definitely makes... me come out of character. I go in because my mobile order says delivered and it's not delivered to spot 3 .. I tell the blackgirl on drive through at the front counter twice as she ignores me and keeps asking if I paid .
