Ordered via uber eats. Got three rolls and everything was extremely fishy. Smelled awful and did not taste fresh. Also got the... mio champon soup and the noodles were soggy. 90% of this food went in the trash. Order from sushi Ohana instead. Read more
Mio sushi gave our order to someone else by mistake (understandable with all the online orders) but when we called and found out... they asked us to cancel rather than remake our order. We waiting an extra hour to find out by calling in on our own. If wehadn?t, we would not have eaten. Poor customer service Read more
There was nobody to greet me when arriving at the restaurant. I waited for 5-7 minutes before anybody came to the front. When... someone did come, and I asked why there was nobody upfront, the lady rudely told me that she's entitled to a break! When Iasked to use the bathroom, I was told she had just mopped the floor, and that I couldn't use it because the floor was stillwet. The food was not worth all the trouble. It was only average! I enjoy this Mio location. Every time I've been in, it's nice and quiet. The wait staff is super friendly and will answer any... questions about the menu. The fish is always fresh and tastes like it. On top of that they keep the Sapporo at the PERFECT temp! Read more
Good sushi and teriyaki chicken amazing miso soup! Poor customer service, lady scooted our table forward while we were sitting... down because there were people behind us, not that we minded moving it was that she didn?t ask us if we were okay with it, shejust did it. They took forever to take our order, understood that they were busy but it was like they were ignoring our table.At one point the lady came over and walked away.
