Showed up and the place had two pizzas ahead of me. 5 employees standing around talking to each other and they had just started... my mobile order when I got there. They gave me a free drink for making me wait which is why this is 2 stars and not one. Got mypizza and the sauce base was completely wrong and they didn?t add the drizzle on top. Wow. We usually go to the MOD on sunnyside. No problems there, but it was closed today so we ordered from this one on 82nd. The... pizza is inedible. The dough was so undercooked it was as flat and white as a tortilla. Barely any sauce. Toppings were sad andsweated from the 5 seconds it probably sat in the oven. Cheese barely melted. Feeling literally ill after trying to eat some ofit. Way to ruin my night MOD pizza. Disgusting. Read more
It's simple, it's comfortable and you get to make the pizza however you like and there's only one price to pay, no surprises.... The toppings are flavorful and fresh. I got Pepperoni and Mushroom. This place is really good and a really good price! I went in today and had someone who was little rushed and they gave me an... uncut pizza and left the metal order number on it. I feel like it was done intentionally and was their way of comparing it toDomino's Taco Pizza since I had to fold the pizza in half like a taco to eat it. And let me just say, it was WAY better thanDomino's Taco pizza. Also never again shall anyone have order number 165. Because that metal marker came with my pizza and Ishall never return it! You can have order 164 or 166 or order two pizzas and get order 1 and order 65. But it will never beorder 165. Read more
I walked in the other day and ordered two pizzas and a salad. There were 3 employees standing around pretending to be busy and... two actually working. Nobody greeted me until after 10 minutes of standing waiting to order. I also was the only customerbesides one other person picking up an online order. Everyone seemed to have bad attitudes. I've had bad service here in thepast and just thought maybe because they were low staffed. This definitely was not the case this time. I get great service atthe Sunnyside location.
